started this evening, noticed around 8pm when someone tried to call me but they received a message 'number not recognised'.
3 other members of the family are with o2 and all seems to be working fine.
I have switch flight mode on/off and also restarted the phone but still the same...switch off WiFi and data seems to be working just fine.

Just to come back and say how lovely and helpful @dave-02 has been; he sent me a new eSIM and now my phone is back in the land of the living. It’s super annoying and frustrating that for whatever reason my eSIM stopped working and I was without service for two days, but Dave sorted it all out. Thanks Dave!

Hello, I am having a weird situation with my iPhone 14pro. I don't have a mobile signal where I live, so i have always used 'wifi calling' to make and receive calls and send or receive text messages. two days ago, 'Wifi calling' symbol disappeared from the top of my screen and i have been unable to make to receive calls since. today I went to a local cafe to use their wifi and to get a phone signal. 02 were absolutely useless - just said they would raise a ticket for a tech person to give me a call. But i cannot receive any calls. . . . . just going round in circles. Am going to switch to a ;different provider (if I can get my pac code from 02 via their website). I've been ion the phone to apple (fantastic ) and to 02 (useless!).

If using an esim you may need a new one due to a recent technical issue.
You can go in store, with photo ID or ask customer services to push one to your MyO2 if you can login My O2
