Hi, PAYG SIM in a Galaxy S22. 4G and SMS working fine when roaming but incoming and outgoing voice will not work. I have to try multiple attempts at manually changing network or switching flight mode on and off to make or receive a voice call. It's a different combination every time and if I want to make another call 30 mins later, I have to do it all again. I've had it in three roaming countries so not network specific. Been happening since June when I switched to O2 as Three whacked up their roaming charge to £2 per day!

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

P.S. I ported my old number across from Three. Not sure if that could be a factor?

So I've been messaging O2 on Twitter since 18th October and they have not been able to fix it. They raised a request with the network team and their only suggestion was to manually change network which I have already tried. I've ordered up a Lebara SIM and will switch when I get back to UK. I've wasted 5 months on O2 and it's never worked.
