Solved: Re: Cannot make an international call

As per many other people on o2 community I cannot make an international call despite purchasing the bolt on.

It seems really silly that the payment is taken when calls still cannot be made.

Please advise on how to unblock international calls and I would suggest some information / advice for customers at the time of the bolt on purchase!

@Phone10 If you download WhatsApp and the people you want to call also have the app, you can call, text, or video call anyone anywhere in the world for free if you use a WiFi connection.
