Cannot enable wifi calling

I cannot enable My iPhone SE 15.3.1 for wifi calling. The setting automatically turns off and refers me to MyO2, this then puts me in an eternal loop of checking phone and software suitability.

For wifi calling you first need a supported phone.

A list of those can be found here  https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

Then O2 need to activate it on your account first, if not done so already.

Call them on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Once that's done, you need to enable it in your MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you have a problem with calling use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

In addition to @Cleoriff's advice above, have you asked O2 to enable WiFi calling on your account  @ant419b?

I did mention about asking Customer services to enable on account. (3rd sentence down in my post) 😉

Then again after the image for social media.(You need to go to Specsavers)  🤣
