I keep getting error messages when trying to download my billing history. I have called O2 twice spending an hour on the phone with them. They promised to send the bills by email. It's now a week later!

Keep hassling O2, @CRG - the most common way to get results in a decent timescale is to pick a social media platform that O2 use, eg X or Facebook, and use the link below to reach out to them. Poke them every so often until an agent engages with you, and you should be sorted pretty quickly thereafter. Good luck.
