I keep getting error messages when trying to download my billing
history. I have called O2 twice spending an hour on the phone with them.
They promised to send the bills by email. It's now a week later!
Did you ever get this resolved?I have the same problem now, and it's
August. I see you posted in March. The error message I get is they are
working on it and to call but two calls later and I still haven't
received the bills by email.Thanks
