I have gone to my extra it shows the amount but no + button to cancel.

I wouldn't expect anything less from these ******houses on how to cancel anything. Spent 20 minutes trying to do it.
On the one hand, they could make it easy. Instead, they over burden their already stretched phone team to deal with basic ******, all in the name of risking their brand (oh well, they don't care) and their staff. It's a loose loose for everyone involved. Apart from about 20 pompous idiots in executive positions.
