Can’t use my new phone

I have followed all the instructions to activate my upgraded phone. My old phone was cut off yesterday at 5pm but it’s been over 24 hours and my new one still isn’t active. I don’t know what to do as I have no way to communicate and I live in a tiny village.

Have you rebooted the phone (Turned it off and back on again)?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
