02 hotspot

I'm staying with my elderly mum who doesn't have Internet connection. I can't seem to connect to an 02 hotspot. It doesn't come up as an option on phone. Many thanks

Not sure what you mean here  

O2 hotspots are WiFi Connections usually in pubs restaurants and public buildings.

Are you trying to connect to the O2 network for data or are you wanting to set up a hotspot on your phone for others to use.
