I recently ported my number to O2. I can’t receive any texts from my bank, Twitter, Hinge amongst many other apps.
I saw this is a common issue, please @O2Sarah, @O2Ryan, @O2Emma , @CorrectHorseBat please can you help me.
Your customer service team has been unable to help and said it would be working by 4 hours but it has been 3 days and it still isn’t.
Please resolve ASAP as i cannot use most of my bank apps.

Ok thanks I have raised a case with the back office IT team ref INC000005668986 updates every 5 working days as this not something I can fix sorry.
Does anyone within team has powers to escalate this issue as urgency. I have been facing this since Thursday and no one has been able to help.

Sorry, no we can't do anything else. @O2Emma has given you her answer and we have no access to the back office IT team. The only thing you can do is contacr O2 yourself with the reference number given and ask if there is any progress.
