Can't get any network from la Reunion Island (European Union)

Hello,

I can't get any network from la Reunion Island (European Union). I can't even receive a text message. I tried to select different network: FREE MOBILE RE, ZEOP, Orange re, SRR but none of them give me some network.

Any help please?

These are some tips to try :

•   Reboot phone.
•   Manually search for a different network
•   If using an iPhone, change data apn to  mobile.o2.co.uk
•   Call customer service to check for any roaming bars
•   Or if you message O2 using the social media links below, they should be able to help you with this

If you cant get a signal on any of the networks, that sounds like an issue with the roaming partners, and the only ones who offer roaming in Reunion are:

• Orange Réunion: Orange RE or 647-00
• SFR Réunion: SFR RU or SFR Réunion or 647-10
• Free Réunion

I have just had a quick google and this issue seems to crop up across a lot of networks every so often.  Try changing your device to 3G or 4G, if it is set to 5G as none of the networks offer 5G in Reunion

The best thing to do is reach out to O2, use skype to call +44 800 081 0255 or the much slower way via social media if the step down doesnt work.
