Hello there, i can access to my 02 in the web but when i try to connect in the app. It says that my 02 is not available to me yet ..Please help me with this

Try deleting the App. Switching your phone off and on then downloading the latest version

How long has it been since you joined @Nishantkhanal ?
If only a couple of days then give it until next week.
If longer, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and downloading the app again.
If that still doesn't work you will need to contact customer services.
Call them on 202 or 0344 809 202.
