Can't access voicemail, 1750, 202, etc.

I have been unable to access Voicemail for the last three days. Each time I try, the call is immediately ended upon connection. The same happens with 1750 and 202. All attempts to call result in the same instant 'Call Ended' message upon connection.

I'm still getting alerts that I have voicemail messages though.

A search of the Community and the internet generally reveals that I am not the only one experiencing these issues, but as yet there doesn't seem to be a solution.

Hoping that someone knows differently!

Okay, it took a few days, but I received this fix from O2 via Facebook messaging, which sorted the issue out a treat:

"We'd recommend for you to disable all your diverts by dialing ##002# from your mobile. Just to make you aware, this will not delete your existing voicemail messages. Once you've done this, dial 1750 to set your voicemail back up and let us know if fixes it"
