I have been trying to call 202 from my mobile all day, but keeps ending call. Phoned O2 who said it may be signal repairs. My partner is O2 and has no problems calling O2 on 202, so obviously not signal issues. Can anyone help please?

As for why your phone might be ending calls to 202 prematurely, this may offer a solution to that issue: Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
Meantime, O2 can be contacted via the routes suggested above by @Bambino - and if you browse the O2 Store on the website, a box offering voice assistance using WhatsApp occasionally appears - if you don't have WhatsApp on your phone, it is worth investigating - it is in the app store for both iPhone and Android, and free. Try dialling *#002# to cancel all diverts.
If you use voicemail, you will need to dial 1750 afterwards to turn it back on.
