Good afternoon
Friday, last I purchased a new Samsung 22 Ultra from my local O2 shop, Saturday I started to have problems in that calls made or received were dropping out after about 5 seconds, this problem has continued up to the point of sending this post. I spoke this afternoon to the 02 shop who advised that over the weekend a number of customers had made similar complaints but the store was not aware from head Office of any technical issues. Are you able to advise if there is a problem or is it the phone. I reside in the ME postcode that is Rochester in Kent.

would be asking the store to replace the phone under the 28 day guarantee
They may suggest first trying a new sim card which the store can replace for you in minutes
