I have an Apple iPhone 10SE.

Texts and WhatsApp calls and messages are received ok on my O2 number 078 **** ****

Calls to the same O2 number go to ATAG Heating Technology number 0800 2545061 which are then re-routed to the mobile of any available ATAG engineer.

If you don't believe me - please try this yourself - I will respond to texts. ATAG engineers will answer your call
