I have just bought a Galaxy A15 and transferred all data necessary. However, when I press the power button for the Lock screen all I get is a black screen not the required lock screen set. When I press the power button to open the phone I get the lock screen - what gives. Also, is there a 3rd party AOD which actually works as required and not the symptoms posted above.
