I want to change my billing date and combine my air time and device bills as they are coming out separately and i’m getting confused with what’s coming out on what date. O2 customer service is useless and i’m going round in circles. I have tried calling customer services and just get cut off

You need to call O2.

All numbers are in this guide

You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

You cannot combine your airtime and device plans.

They will always be two separate payments, but they should come out on the same day.

yes sorry that is what i meant by combine so that they would come out together rather than separate days. I don’t know how to change my billing dates to the same day without talking to customer services which i have been struggling to

They should be coming out the same date already.

If not, it's been setup wrong on your account.

Follow the advice from @jonsie to get through but you can also try  0800 977 7793
