Have cancelled my o2 as my contract came to an end and i’ve just had another txt with a bill i have to pay this month, already paid last months final bill even though i disconnected at the beginning of April and they said when i disconnect i would only pay a small bill for April but the full money came out

There can be a residual payment but if it is for the full amount then it needs checking out.
