Hi. I have an active apple watch airtime plan but it does not work unless besides my phone. Phone and watch all up to date.
any ideas?

Yes watch has been paired with the phone for a while and working, just without an airtime plan set up under mobile data

Yes airtime showing as connected in mobile data. O2 have advised they will try and reset the esim?

Ok thanks. O2 have reset esim and its showing as active in mobile data on watch app but watch does not work when the phone is in airplane mode or switched off
