Since o2 have stopped monitoring the forums, support is literally non existent. Does anyone know how to get to someone that actually knows what they are talking about in o2? Preferably the team that used to monitor this forum as they could actually solve problems!

3 ways have met with small successes: visit an O2 Shop, with Photo id, and see if you hit it lucky; call 202 at around 08:10am when queues are low and support is still closer to the UK than Asia; or reach out on your Social Media platform of choice and keep pinging them every so often once they engage, @OfficePenguin - link below has the Social Media contacts.
