Apple Pay nfc payments don’t work on my iPhone 11, they have previously worked but just stopped the other day.
Virtual payments using Apple Pay still work fine.
Im thinking hardware issue but any ideas?
cheers

Checked at an Apple Store today who confirmed the nfc antenna is broken. Now for the mind numbing joy of trying to contact o2 customer services, tried once this evening, as usual got cut off by an incompetent agent who wanted to speak to his manager as he didn’t understand!

If it's still under warranty, Apple will sort it for you.
If out of warranty, O2 won't fix it for free either, unfortunately.

It’s a refurb iPhone 11 purchased online from o2 ten days ago so covered but getting hold of someone at o2 customer services who is competent is looking more challenging.
Apple store won’t touch it as they class it as an unauthorised repair unfortunately.
