I have had this ongoing issue with the since moving from virgin to O2 which happened in May. I have no issues logging into my account online, however, every time I attempt to login on the app, this message appears:
"Something went wrong.
Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet. If you're new to 02, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready. If it's been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you."
Please can you help me resolve this issue because it has been happening for well over 48hours now.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
