Go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Click on the big + sign beneath your extra and then click manage.
Turn off the auto renew switch.

@JDizrIf you had it as an extra, this is how to cancel Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras
If you never asked for it then it's Amazon you need to contact.

I’ve just checked my bills over the past 10 months and they’ve been adding extras that I didn’t ask for that I’ve been paying for wtf o2!?
