Data not working in Italy

Hi! I recently switched from a Google Pixel 4 XL to a iphone 11. Everything was working fine after the switch, but then I then moved to Italy (from the UK) and now I cannot get my data to work on the new iphone. My data worked with the iphone in the UK, and I haven't gone over my data plan. I turned on my roaming and I've tried switching the phone on and off multiple times, activating airplane mode, turning off wifi, selecting a specific data plan in country rather than simple 'automatic'. Nothing is working.

 

Everything else is working fine - calls, texts, wifi, it's just data. 

 

I am in Italy for the new month and really need data to be able to travel. Any help would be really appreciated!
