Hi

all incoming calls are coming through as no caller ID

I have had my network reset. When calling o2 they have suggested issues with my account. So the email when joining was changed as it was the same as an old account. More recently my password was reset so I could get onto the online forum. I wonder if the fact that my number is an old o2 number that was moved and returned to o2 is causing account issues?

old posts suggest an account reset but not sure if this has been done when I’ve called.

Please help.

if it’s going to be this much hassle I’d rather move providers again.

A reset involves disconnecting and reconnecting to the network which takes a couple of hours.

You can ask O2 on the socials to do this and also add the Cli presentation bolt on.

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
