I am trying to verify my age and have been told to do this online from the my o2 page and selecting more however I can’t find a more tab at the top of my screen

Depends which system you are on. O2 are confusingly using two.

Try My O2 on the Web and see if you find it under Other

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
