Adding another sync device to my current pay monthly plan

Hi

I have an ipad Pro which is on a different pay monthly account to my iphone.  My iphone account has my apple watch sync'd to it.  Would I be able to get a sim card to sync my ipad pro to my iphone account so it gets the benefit of my unlimited data, texts and calls?  Obviously I will still pay a fee for this, but it would be useful for my devices to all be under the same phone number.

The answer is no. 

No network offers this, you would need to pay off your iPad Pro and then just use the data from your iPhone via tethering.
