I have recently joined O2 on a sim only contract. I am using an unlocked iphone11 Pro that I have owned for some time. I am unable to enable wifi calling on my handset and unable to add my device to MYO2 to enable it there. I have spoken with CS and they also could not find a solution. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

For wifi calling you first need a supported phone.
A list of those can be found here https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
Then O2 need to activate it on your account first, if not done so already.
Call them on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Once that's done, you need to enable it in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
And turn it on with the toggle on your device.

You also need the iData bolt on applying to your account.
I'll ask @O2Georgina to look into this for you in the morning.
