Hi, my phone still thinks it’s a virgin phone even with the new O2 sim in it no have not service. Please help.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone

Thanks madasaf1sh, I did think it was odd when it took me to a forum after going through on the phone (granted out of hours) and was told to speak to a live chat assistant until 23:00 by going to o2.co.uk/contactus and yet not getting through to a virtual assistant but a customer forum lol. I guess I’ll try contacting them in the morning. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
