Hello,
My data usage has not updated on the app for weeks, so I have no idea how much data I am using. I have tried logging in and logging out, and logging in through the website. The app is showing me false information, and I am worried that I will be charged extra.

You won't be charged extra because data is stopped once you reach your allowance until the next billing date
You can keep an eye on usage in the phone data settings
however you need the app sorted out
