I have a sim card I stopped using, but did not deactivate. I need access to the number to access my email account. I would like to reactivate the number/sim card but I'm unsure how to?ys
The sim say 'not provisioned'

You may need a new sim after this time but If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

@ChimmyChonga I'm presuming this a Pay & Go sim? If it has been any length of time since you last used it, it's possible that the number may have been reassigned, so you'd be best advised to get on to O2 asap.
