Access to Internet when not on Wifi

Had my phone stolen on Wednesday. Got a new sim which was activated on Sunday. Phone is now working but cannot access the internet when not connected to Wi-Fi. Have checked on data roaming, reset multiple times but nothing doing. All other functions seem to be okay.

Contact O2 on any of the Social Media channels shown below this post, @JohnA - ask them to check for any BARs applied to the stolen phone that have not been lifted from the replacement SIM. Good luck!
