Why can't I get a 5G sim card for my s21 ultra? Been into shop who told me to go online and then called abs awoke to someone who says "they can't give out 5g sim cards unless you are buying a phone or on a sim only payment".... I am happy with my PAYG and have been for more than 20 years, but now I get a phone for Xmas and can't use it to its full potential. Seems like my only option is leave o2. Can anyone advise?
