3G Issues

Hi 

So I have moved my whole family over to O2 from Vodafone but I find when the phone is in 3G mode its unable to access date just make phone calls its extremely weird 

It happens with all 3 family phones, an Iphone 14 and Iphone 13 and an Iphone 12 

All 3 - any help greatly appreciated
