Hi,

I have topped up my balance with £10. I wish to activate the £10 rolling plan. But it is asking me to put my bank details in again. I have already paid the £10 and it’s in my balance. How to I transfer that to activate the rolling plan?

thanks

neil

You cant as the rolling plan is paid via Debit or Credit Card and a Continuous Payment Authority., you can not use any existing top ups or credit to sign up to a Rolling Plan..

But I think that I am correct in saying that you can use your £10 of credit to buy a Big Bundle :-
