Live chat can supply this too if the call waiting times at Customer services are high.

I just tried live chat and the operator said they couldn't help, not able to let me have a PAC code this way. Any other suggestions? I've been round the houses trying to find out online, the phone lines are too busy to get anywhere.

You need to speak to CS or try live chat again. There is no other way I'm afraid.
Live chat are capable of providing it so don't take no for an answer and keep on trying if you need to.

Just a thought that if you are finding waiting times too long you can go into an O2 store and ask them to call CS for you as they will get through quicker than you will be able to.
