IS THERE AN EMAIL ADDRESS I CAN CONTACT O2 AT? IM SICK OF THAT LIVE CHAT THING EVERYTIME I GET THROUGH THE SECURITY CHECKS AND START TO EXPLAIN IT CUTS OFF
