I got info regarding my bill increase. This happens each year so i expected it. However, it was certainly not over a £. This months bill was £1.10 of an increase there are no extras so this alegidly my new monthly rate. Trying to phone i keep getting refered to the ap. I am severly disabled and don't have the dextarity to use a smart phone so an ap is not posible. There is no on line chat so i'm again forced to use this site. I apologies.
Any advice is welcome

yes i understand that. But the notification was under £1 i can't understand why the increase was over £1

Each year, your Airtime Plan will be increased by the RPI rate of inflation announced in February plus 3.9%. If RPI is negative, we’ll only apply the 3.9%. You’ll see this change on your April 2022 bill onwards.
