Can i use my phone in Spain for calls, emails and texts to UK in July 2017?

You talk about your travel package and only being charged on the days you use it?  But you are also saying it is free?  Im' confused.

O2 travel is no longer applicable to EU travel.
You can now use your UK allowances without any extra charges when in the EU.

With the new rules that came in on the 15th June you can use your UK allowances to call and text back to the UK or within Europe. You can also use your data allowance but reports are that it's very slow.
