I put the phone on charge it was not hit kicked dropped are even farted on I thought the phone had frozen so turned it off and tried again 2 day old new phone went crazy on the screen so took back to shop next day

You need to stand your ground with the shop.
There is no reason why they wouldn't replace it if that's the case.

That's absolutely ridiculous. Why would they think you would accept a repair fgs. 2 days old should be replaced automatically. You really need to go and demand a new phone.

ps, if I farted on my phone it would be definitely be user damage and beyond economical repair!
