the complaints team are just as bad

Sorry but I'm not fully understanding this. Surely if you upgrade and the phone is faulty you get an exchange? 

Sorry for the situation with your wife, that's a big issue in itself that you have to come to terms with.

they will repair it but they want £85.99p to repair a phone that was faulty and its gone wrong in the workings and in the uk their is no shout thing as a nokia phone shop even the ppl in o2 shop said so but customer help said their is

Go to the store and demand your replacement immediately. Within the first 14 days it's supposed to be a replacement not a repair for faulty devices (I'm sure (?))

I was their earlier I not allowed a replacement I have to pay the fee or I can have the nonworking phone back to look at and pay the bill every month
