unable to see my bill/account

Hi

 

I've just recently switched from payg to pay monthly and cannot acces my account.  every time i've tried in the last week after logging in i get this message

 

My O2 section of the o2.co.uk site is not accessible

We're sorry, an application error has occurred. Please try again later.

 

 any ideas?

could be a problem in the settinf upnof your acc maybe. but im no expert.
maybe have a wprd with customer services on 202

Try calling cs on 202 & ask them to reset your account & then your new details will be updated then you can view them
