The email you have is incorrect, my email is karen.taylor63**Personal info** NOT karen.taylor6333**Personal info** so therefore I cannot verify the email address. I was on the phone for over an hour and nobody answered so I went to the o2 shop in Watford and nobody could help me there either. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have left O2 and have cancelled the DD but I am still getting charged!
