Hello,
I paid my phone bill a couple of days early, I have done this before. For some reason, my phone bill has been taken out again? I just wandered if you could help. As I cannot afford to pay this bill twice. I was just trying to make my life easier by paying it early

Sounds like your Direct Debit was being processed by your bank when you paid O2 and it would have been too late to stop that process. Usually you need to do it around 5 working days before the DD goes out. Normally this would go as a credit towards next months payment
