i need to lower my monthly sim bill its £31 and i hardly use it and can't afford that much anymore.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217/0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This only applies if the Op is out of contract, as otherwise this is as useful as a chocolate fireguard, and they would be expected to pay off there current device or minimum term...
