tariff changes

i have unlimited calls but rarely use over 500/600 minutes a month and am struggling to afford my monthly payments.

how/when can i alter my tariff to less minutes for a cheaper price?

If your contract was taken out after March 2012 there is no provision to lower your tariff I'm afraid. Before that date you could lower your tariff one tier halfway through the contract. Might be worth calling them on 202 to discuss your options.

If you have any bolt-ons you could cancel them to lower your monthly bill. Otherwise, as Jonsie says, if the contract was begun after March 2012, you're stuck with it.
