Dear whoever it may concern,
 
REFERENCE [Removed]
URN:[Removed]
 
On 15th June 2023 my husband Bartlomiej Szydlowski has completed a transfer of ownership of the number [Removed] for me.
 
Today I have all documents for another number [Removed]? This is not acceptable for me and I believe there has been a miscommunication.
I would like to keep old number [Removed] as I did not request a new one. I have a PAC code which is :[Removed] if you need it. I would appreciate if this could be resolved as soon as possible.
 
Please double check it for me.

All personal details need to be deleted as the forum is public and anyone could get the info and scam you.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202,
