submitting a PAC code to keep my existing number

I have been trying to navigate your automated phone line for over 30 minutes and am yet to speak to someone.. to say I am frustrated is an understatement. I am at the point where I feel like returning the phone before I have even made a call !!!!!!!!!

Hi there

I've just join your O2 3days ago.  I wanted to submit my Pac code from previous provider which never can get through to customer service. My Pac code is running out on 7/6 .Can you please help
