so when i got my phone i added the student discount to it, i then realised the discount hadnt been added so i rang customer services, they said they could see i'd added the discount but it hadnt been added to my bill for some reason or another so the guy on the phone apologised and gave me a discount for that month and said it would be applied from the month after. Fast forward to now (about a year later) and ive just noticed that the discount still isnt on my account!!! i just want my discount on because i still have this phone until march next year and its annoying its not been added twice now
